I never knew if I need those services they came back to tell me I needed and didn’t feel good getting talk down to by a man. I felt like I was always being upsold on filters or tire rotations or wipers and on several occasions, I had been harassed by men that work at the repair garage. I treated my car bad and in return it wasn’t good to me. Costly repairs and break downs were always a shock.

When can I use my membership?
The VID Memberships guarantees you unlimited visits and unlimited services listed above. Your visits are unlimited but you’ll likely need to come in for an oil change, your yearly inspection or if your car is having an issue. The VID membership is a 1-year commitment and membership starts the day you sign up. If you're unhappy with your membership at any time, email us and we'll be glad to work with you.

This is bad for several reasons. It’s hard to track your car health, service, and repair history and mechanics are not all created equal.

How much is the VID Membership?
