Typically Questions on Sign UP
1) Is the vehicle I’m purchasing a membership for a small or large vehicle?
Smaller vehicles are coupes, sedans, hatchbacks, and compact cars such as Toyota Matrix, Ford Fusion, Honda Civic, Hyundai Elantra, and VW Jetta. These vehicles weigh less than 3500 lbs.
Larger vehicles are SUVs, Trucks, and Cross Overs such as Nissan Rogue, Subaru Outback, Ford Explorer, Kia Sorento, and Toyota Rav 4. These vehicles weigh more than 3500 lbs.
2) Does the vehicle I’m purchasing a membership for take conventional or synthetic oil?
Most modern cars, 2015 and newer, take synthetic oil regardless of size and model. If you are uncertain which type of oil your vehicle takes, you can look it up here.

V.I.D. MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the Very Important Driver (V.I.D.) Membership ("Membership") offered by Girls Auto Clinic ("GAC"). By signing up for the V.I.D. Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Coverage:
a. The V.I.D. Membership covers all basic maintenance required for one vehicle within a calendar year. The calendar year begins on the day you sign up for your Membership.
b. All services provided under the Membership will be performed at manufacturer-specified intervals using parts and supplies that meet manufacturer specifications.
Service Plan:
a. The Membership is per vehicle and applies to the registered vehicle during the Membership term.
Wiper Blades and Cabin Air Filters:
a. Most wiper blade and cabin air filter replacements are covered under the Membership.
b. Specialty blades and any extra labor required for their installation will incur additional charges.
Coverage Limitations:
a. Unlimited coverage is subject to the following conditions:
i. The vehicle must be driven less than 18,000 miles per year.
ii. The wear and tear on the vehicle must align with manufacturer specifications.
iii. GAC retains the right to adjust membership dues or impose specific fees related to repairs for luxury vehicles, taking into consideration the cost of parts and materials. Furthermore, GAC reserves the right to increase membership dues or impose specific fees if the usage of the vehicle exceeds what GAC staff defines as "regular" usage. These adjustments or fees will be communicated to the member in a timely manner and will be binding upon acceptance of the membership terms and conditions.
iv. The coverage is at the discretion of GAC based on good judgment.
b. GAC reserves the right to cancel the Membership if any abuse is determined, as per GAC's sole discretion.
Membership Commitment:
a. The V.I.D. Membership requires a commitment of one year from the date of signup.
b. Memberships will automatically renew on the anniversary of signup, unless a written notice of termination is provided at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Monthly Payments:
a. If you choose to pay for your annual membership in monthly payments, the monthly membership dues will be determined by the make, model, and level of use of your vehicle.
b. Each monthly payment constitutes 1/12 of the overall annual commitment.
Membership Pause:
a. If you need to temporarily pause your membership, please contact memberships@girlsautoclinic.com.
b. Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 2 months, and the deferred payments will be due in full at the end of your membership term.
Early Termination Fee:
a. In the event of early termination, an early termination fee will apply if the value of services rendered exceeds the total membership dues collected at the time of termination.
b. The early termination fee will be calculated as the difference between the total services rendered and the total membership dues collected. For example, if $75 in dues has been collected over 5 months and $100 in services has been provided, the termination fee will be $25.
Delinquent Payments:
a. GAC reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for unpaid membership dues or unsettled termination fees after 2 weeks of delinquency.
b. Failure to pay membership dues or a required termination fee within 90 days will result in the cancellation of the V.I.D. Membership. GAC reserves the right to potentially pursue legal avenues to recover the outstanding membership dues or termination fee.
Member Satisfaction:
a. If you are unsatisfied with your Membership at any time, please email us at memberships@girlsautoclinic.com.
b. GAC is committed to working with you to address any concerns or issues related to your Membership.
By signing up for the V.I.D. Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Girls Auto Clinic.
V.I.D. PRO MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the Very Important Driver (V.I.D.) PRO Membership ("Membership") offered by Girls Auto Clinic ("GAC"). By enrolling in the V.I.D. Pro Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Pro Membership Eligibility:
a. The PRO Membership is available to individuals who anticipate driving more than 18,000 miles per year and use their vehicle frequently, including for work purposes.
Membership Coverage:
a. The V.I.D. Membership covers one calendar year. The calendar year begins on the day you sign up for your Membership.
b. All services provided under the Membership will be performed at manufacturer-specified intervals using parts and supplies that meet manufacturer specifications.
Service Plan:
a. The Membership is per vehicle and applies to the registered vehicle during the Membership term.
Wiper Blades and Cabin Air Filters:
a. Most wiper blade and cabin air filter replacements are covered under the Membership.
b. Specialty blades and any extra labor required for their installation will incur additional charges.
PRO Coverage Limitations:
a. Pro Members are entitled to receive one (1) oil change per month during their annual term (12 months), in addition to all other V.I.D. services available to standard members.
b. GAC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pro Membership program, benefits, or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice.
c. GAC reserves the right to deny or revoke Pro Membership if a member violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to GAC's interests.
