Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 + bonuses for achieving shop goals

About Girls Auto Clinic
Girls Auto Clinic (GAC) is a revolutionary auto repair shop dedicated to educating and empowering women through their vehicles. We hire and train women mechanics, provide top-tier automotive repair services, and create an inclusive, welcoming environment for customers.
As we continue to grow our award-winning and highly-reviewed auto repair shop, we are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, customer experience, and community engagement while leading our team to excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about business operations, customer service, sales growth, and community engagement. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and has a strong understanding of financials, operations, and leadership.

We want GAC to be a Philly/Delco institution—celebrated, recognized, and deeply connected to the people and businesses of this city. Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Leadership
Manage all aspects of the business, including operations, HR, sales, and financial performance.
Maintain KPIs and business goals, reporting progress to the owner regularly.
Track, analyze, and report on sales, expenses, and financial goals to increase revenue and control costs.
Oversee employee scheduling, payroll, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Customer Experience & Sales Growth
Oversee customer service strategy to maximize customer satisfaction including communications across in-shop, phone, text, and email.
Improve customer retention through strategic marketing initiatives.
Create or enhance customer services and experiences to drive additional revenue.
Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Community Engagement & Brand Growth
Represent Girls Auto Clinic at community events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Build relationships with women auto techs, trade schools, and organizations that support women in automotive.
Partner with local businesses, media, and influencers to increase brand visibility.
Oversee social media engagement, collaborations, and PR efforts.
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience in business operations, management, sales, or customer service (preferably in the automotive industry).
Strong understanding of finance, operations, marketing, and HR.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving performance.
Passion for women’s empowerment and community engagement.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Point of Sale systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
