Patrice Banks and Girls Auto Clinic Repair Center on Fox 29 Philadelphia!
We are thrilled to share that Girls Auto Clinic was recently featured on Fox 29 Philadelphia in honor of Women's History Month. The segment highlighted our commitment to empowering women through car care education and exceptional service.
Founded by Patrice Banks, Girls Auto Clinic has been breaking barriers in the male-dominated auto industry by catering specifically to female customers and training women in car maintenance. Since 2013, we've offered free monthly workshops, teaching women the ins and outs of car care. These workshops have grown in popularity, attracting participants from across the country, including as far away as Texas.
Our unique approach combines automotive services with beauty amenities. Customers can enjoy a free manicure at our Clutch Beauty Bar while their vehicles are serviced, blending self-care with car care. One of our satisfied customers, Jazmyn Thompson, shared her experience: "This is a great place to get your car fixed. They break everything down, they explain to you, they do finance. I love that."
At Girls Auto Clinic, we believe that "cars are for women." Our mission is to ensure women feel confident and knowledgeable about their vehicles, eliminating the need to rely solely on others for assistance. We aim to transform our clients into "sheCANics"—car-savvy individuals who inspire others.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Fox 29 Philadelphia for showcasing our story and to our community for their unwavering support. We remain dedicated to empowering women, one car at a time.
