Closed Hours Drop off/Pick Up Procedure
Dropping off your vehicle during Closed Hours
Thanks for dropping off to give us adequate time to look over your car and repair it! We are open from 8 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday. We request you drop off your vehicle the night before your appointment or before 9 am the day of your appointment. Here is our key drop procedure.
Park your car in the front parking spaces or rear lot (gravel lot behind building).
Grab an envelope from the drop box outside our office door.
Fill out your customer information, your vehicle information, what your car is being serviced for, and how you heard about us.
Sign and date the envelope.
Place your keys inside the envelope. Don’t forget to sign!
Slip the envelope inside the first garage bay door mail slot.
Your keys are now locked inside our building and we will grab them we when arrive in the morning!
Picking up your vehicle during Closed Hours
Your car is all done and ready to be picked up! The problem is you can’t reach us by 6 PM on Monday - Friday or 1 PM on Saturday. No worries, you can pick your car up at your convenience.
Pay your Bill Online. We sent you an invoice via text or email to pay your bill online so you don’t have to be here in person or give our personal data over the phone.
Once your bill is paid, we will park you vehicle on our front lot.
