has experience in automotive repair and wants to transition to service writing.
has no formal automotive repair experience but excels in sales and customer service AND is passionate about learning to work on cars and understand the trade fields.
loves working with people and is a master of multi tasking.
has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and computer skills
